Meet Mike Cormier
Mike Cormier is a podcast host, producer, studio owner, nonprofit executive, entrepreneur, and published international author — but more than any title, he is someone who has spent over 25 years doing the work inside the mental health and human services field.
He began his career as a Direct Support Specialist and worked his way through management, leadership, and administrative roles — all while continuing his formal education and maintaining an active, hands-on presence in the lives of the people he supports. That ground-level commitment never left him.
In 2016, Mike founded 3rd Circle, Inc. — a nonprofit built on a single, powerful idea: that people of difference deserve real connections, true friendships, and full belonging in their communities. What he calls a Culture of Gentleness.
He brought that same conviction into media, launching The Inner Circle On Air — a video podcast that now commands over 91,000 subscribers and has produced 849+ episodes exploring mental health, wellness, entrepreneurship, and the full complexity of the human experience.
His footprint spans media, nonprofit services, creative production, and transportation — all unified by one north star: people deserve to be seen, heard, and included. No exceptions.
Mike is also a published international co-author, featured alongside celebrities and global advocates in Imperfectly Perfect Campaign, Volume 3 — a book that appeared at the Oscars Gifting Suite in Beverly Hills. He is an IMDb-credited producer, a Certified Master Mentor, an American Red Cross First Responder and Instructor, and an active Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and Special Olympics volunteer.
